Metal Stitching is a proven process of doing permanent repairs to machine parts or it is a method of repairing castings without use of heat.  This method is a technologically advanced process utilized on cast iron components such as engine block, turbo casing, gear box etc.  As no heat is generated in this technique thus, it is used in areas where welding is banned.

The metal stitching process was developed in the late 1930s. The notable point of this process is that it provides a long-term repair for the heavy engineering components which are damaged or develop cracks due to serious accident.  It is performed using a proper series of steps to give the better outcome.
