The repair by metal lock and metal stitching technique is a proven method of repair of the damaged engine block, turbo casing, cylinder liners, pistons and other major spares of diesel engine, and heavy mechanical equipment.
It is important that the area of crack is clearly identified and marked. We undertake crack detection by MPI and by the dye-penetrant method depending on the thickness of casting, sometimes in case necessary we undertake repair by metal stitching of both the sides of the damaged area if there is enough space for the approach of pneumatic tools used by us.
